Fixed your link Abi. Yes, it is possible that the BBB is becoming redundant. With social software, such as the one that makes this blog possible, the market may indeed be "self-correcting." Personally, I was once the victim of fraud. Before it happened we checked to see if there were any complaints against the company. There weren't. We did later, and we participated in a class action suite, but we never recovered our money. The BBB did nothing for us in that case. Time will tell if the BBB has run it's course or not.
